FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Get answers to common questions about collision repair, insurance, estimates and more.

  • How long will my repairs take?

The length of time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on the extent of the damage, the specific repairs needed, and parts availability. Rest assured, we will also provide repair updates while your vehicle is at our facility.

  • Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we work with all major insurance companies to help streamline the repair process.

  • Do I have to use the body shop my insurance recommends?

No. It's your vehicle, so you get to choose who repairs it. Your insurance company may suggest a shop from its network, but you aren't required to use it. You can bring your vehicle to Cesare's and we'll take it from there.

We work with all insurance companies and handle the back-and-forth for you, from the estimate to any extra damage found once repairs start. Just let your insurer know you've chosen Cesare's, or give us a call and we'll help you get started.

  • Can I send photos for an estimate?

Yes. Just click the Request an Estimate button on our website and upload a few clear photos of the damage. We'll take a look and get back to you with next steps.

For the best results, take photos in good light. Get a wide shot of the whole vehicle and a few close-ups of the damage from different angles. Keep in mind that a photo estimate is a starting point. Some damage hides behind panels and only shows up during an in-person inspection, and we'll walk you through anything we find.

  • Do you offer towing?

Yes. If your vehicle can't be driven after an accident, we can arrange a tow straight to our shop. Just call the number at the top of our website and we'll get it set up.

If you're filing an insurance claim, let us know when you call. We can help coordinate the tow with your insurer so you have one less thing to worry about.

  • Will you use OEM parts?

We always aim for the right parts to repair your vehicle safely and correctly. OEM parts are made by your vehicle's manufacturer, and we use them whenever possible.

The parts on your repair can depend on your insurance policy, your vehicle and what's available. Some policies cover OEM parts, while others call for aftermarket or recycled parts. We'll go over your options before work starts. Any part we use has to meet our standards for fit, safety and quality.

  • Why does my vehicle need ADAS calibration?

ADAS stands for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. These are safety features like automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist and blind-spot monitoring, and they rely on cameras and sensors around your vehicle.

After a collision or repair, those sensors can shift even slightly, and your safety features may not work the way they should. Calibration resets the sensors so they read the road accurately again. We follow your manufacturer's repair procedures and check these systems before we hand you the keys.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

Yes, we stand behind our work with a warranty on all workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts will carry the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you experience any issues or concerns with your repairs, simply bring your vehicle back and we'll make it right.
